By making an online purchase through 123degreeswest.co (”We”), you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Payments can be made safely and securely by  credit card through our website. We use Square Inc. third party provider to process payments.

SHIPPING

We make all of our SS20 collection to order, which means we need time to create your beautiful clothing. Orders will therefore be dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of payment subject to availability. 

Canada Post is used for all deliveries. Deliveries will be tracked and require a signature. During promotional periods where a free shipping code is offered, all packages will be sent Canada Post Standard shipping regardless of what shipping option is selected by the customer.

* Shipping delays may occur with Canada Post during high peak shipping times, which we cannot control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You may be required to may customs taxes in order to receive your package, it is your responsibility to pay fees associated with your order. Should your package be returned to us because customs or duties were not paid, you will be issued a store credit.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your online purchase once it has been delivered to you, you may return the goods within 7 working days of delivery for a refund, Shipping costs are non refundable.

The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received it. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs. All returns must be sent recorded/signed for delivery and a tracking number must be provided.

 

You are responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and taking care of them until they are returned. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible as we try to process your orders promptly, and in some cases begin making your SS20 item. If your order has already been dispatched to you please do not open the package but return the goods to us in accordance with our Returns Policy above.

 

PRODUCTS

Every effort is made to ensure that colours and shapes appear as realistic as possible. However, digital reproduction on different web browsers and computer monitors vary so we cannot guarantee the exact colour. We take care to represent our products as accurately as possible, but due to the hand made nature of some products, they may occasionally vary slightly in colour.

FAULTY, MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS

Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us the next working day if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s). Incomplete orders must be notified within 24hrs.

123 Degrees West is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully. We only collect your information in order to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We ensure that this is kept securely and processed fairly.

To protect your personal information online, we use SLL encryption on all data to and from our website. You can check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser.

We never collect or store credit/debit card information. We use a third party processor to handle this information securely.
